Emma Cork

Emma is a Partner in the Property Litigation team.

She deals with a wide variety of property disputes, advising institutional, portfolio and individual landlord and tenant clients in various sectors and has particular experience in relation to commercial landlord and tenant claims to include business lease renewals, break options, breach of lease terms, possession claims and insolvency issues.

She also advises on real property issues such as rights of way, restrictive covenants and adverse possession.

Emma qualified in 2002 and joined TLT in 2012. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
