TLT partner named Finance Lawyer of the Year

Alastair leads TLT’s restructuring practice in Manchester and has played a leading role in a wide range of corporate restructuring and M&A assignments. As a retail specialist, he has led several of the UK’s largest and most high-profile retail, leisure and travel industry financial restructurings, sales and acquisitions.
