Managing Associate

Matt regularly advises on a range of commercial contracts and payments transactions and regularly works for banks, retailers, technology companies and payment services providers.
His experience includes negotiating and drafting payments agreements, advising payment facilitators and payment gateways and advising payment service providers on the implementation of card scheme programmes and new payment technologies. He also regularly advises on issues arising out of payment network rules.
Prior to joining TLT, Matt gained several years’ industry experience at one of the UK’s largest banks. In addition, Matt has also completed several secondments, including to one of the UK’s largest Fintech companies.
