Clients include media companies, broadcasters, software developers and owners, print and digital publishers and film productions. We also act for photographers, game developers, app developers, designers, architects, advertising agencies and writers.
Our copyright team has a special focus on the use and exploitation of copyright online, specifically on the exploitation and monetisation of digital content. We regularly advise clients on how to enforce copyright online and how to control unauthorised distribution, as well as disputes over software ownership.
We have extensive knowledge of the online environment which allows us to provide commercial and focused advice on all aspects of copyright, digital exploitation and related media law issues.

- Instructed by a multinational telecommunications company to enforce its rights in broadcast content by designing and implementing a large scale IP enforcement programme against unlicensed users.
- Reviewing a non departmental public body's internal policy around copyright protected materials, advising on their copyright policy and identifying areas for change.
- Advising a leading audit training provider on various IP issues including on the protection and licensing of IP belonging to the company and third party.
