Consultant
Graeme is a specialist in all aspects of IP dispute resolution.
He has particular expertise in running heavyweight trademark, design and patent cases to trial and in the appellate courts, and in making and defending applications for interim relief, including search and seizure orders and asset freezing injunctions.
Graeme advises retail clients on IP and brand issues and has considerable experience in devising and implementing brand protection and anti-counterfeiting strategies both on a local and a global basis.
Graeme joined TLT from DLA Piper where he was head of the firm's North West IP and Technology team, and is acknowledged by Chambers UK and Legal 500 UK as a leading IP practitioner.
In 2005, he won the award for best achievement in trademark practice at the WORLDleaders European IP awards for his work on a major trademark case in the European Court of Justice.
