Restructuring duo return to TLT
TLT's restructuring and insolvency team has grown considerably over the last four years, acting for a wide range of businesses on high profile, high value instructions including lenders, retailers and leisure, food and drink operators.
Andrew originally trained with Eversheds and spent a significant part of his career with Nabarro (now CMS) before originally joining TLT in 2010, while Sarah completed her training with TLT after originally joining the firm in 2015.
Both have extensive experience advising lenders on a range of restructuring and insolvency issues, supporting TLT's strengths in offering a full commercial service to financial services firms. They have also completed secondments with a major UK bank, giving the team further valuable client-side experience. The duo will continue to specialise in advising lenders, insolvency practitioners and company directors on all matters relating to distressed lending, corporate and financial restructuring and corporate insolvency.
James Forsyth, partner and head of restructuring and insolvency at TLT, says: "Andrew and Sarah left TLT with our best wishes but we are delighted to welcome them back to our growing team. Their experience is second to none and will help to strengthen our London offering as we look to continue to grow our UK-wide restructuring and insolvency practice this year."
