Hatti has a broad range of experience advising on a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters.
Her work is mainly focused on the specialist M&A and restructuring business segment, working across a variety of sectors including retailers, hotel and leisure providers, care homes, and property developments.
Her experience includes:
• Advising secured lenders on the enforcement and enhancement of their security;
• The appointment of insolvency office holders and post-appointment advice including investigations and antecedent transaction claims;
• Business and asset sales; Hatti has completed a secondment to a UK clearing bank, working in its legal governance and regulatory affairs team.
Hatti is also a member of the IFT Next committee and is the co-representative for the West and Wales region.

Experience
- Acting for a Dutch entity in its purchase of both Paignton and Newquay Zoos.
- Acting for a clearing bank and then subsequently appointed administrators of a Welsh care home.
- Acting for administrators in a pre-packaged sale of a high voltage transmission and distribution specialists, including liaising with National Grid.
- Advising on the entry into administration and accelerated £10m disposal of assets.
- Acting for the administrators of a glove making company on the sale of its assets, including its Ethiopian subsidiary.
