TLT expands insolvency team in NI

Caitriona, who joins from Cleaver Fulton Rankin, specialises in insolvency and business restructuring and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to further enhance TLT's insolvency offering.

Listed by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Lawyer” and an "Associate to Watch" by Chambers and Partners, Caitriona's experience includes advising clients on a wide range of corporate and personal insolvency matters. She has acted for banks, accountants, directors and shareholders, companies, individuals and creditors as well as local and national insolvency practitioners. She is one of a small number of solicitors in NI that holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency, demonstrating her specialism in that area.

Morgan's appointment follows that of Fergal Maguire, a leading dispute resolution lawyer and former director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, who joined TLT as partner in November 2018.
