Katharine is a partner leading the Dispute Resolution teams in Northern Ireland and Location Head for our Belfast office.
She has considerable experience in handling and managing a range of contentious matters including contractual disputes, secured recoveries, debt recovery, insolvency, professional negligence and property litigation. Katharine has particular expertise in advising financial services clients in cases involving bank security, as well as reputational issues and fraud.
Katharine commenced her legal career as a barrister in 2001 before re-qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. She became a partner in 2009 and joined TLT in 2012. She has also been admitted as a solicitor in the Republic of Ireland.
Katharine is recognised as a leading individual by Legal 500.
