• Acting for an energy company in Commercial Court proceedings against Wirsol in respect of claims and cross claims arising from the sale of 19 solar parks.
• Acting for leading Swiss engineering company specialising in the design of rail overhead electrical lines in a contractual dispute against relating to the provision of design and drawing services in respect of a major project in London.
