He advises major clients on litigation involving a variety of contract disputes (including warranty and indemnity claims), negligence claims, and related causes of action. He regularly acts in cases involving the breach of restrictive covenants and confidentiality, defamation, and commercial agencies.
During his career, Ed has handled numerous applications for interim relief and has acted successfully for clients in obtaining and resisting injunctions, including Freezing Orders and Search Orders.
In recent years, he has also specialised in partnership and shareholder disputes and pensions litigation and has acted in a significant number of cases in those practice areas. Ed is also part of TLT's team of public procurement specialists and regularly advises clients on procurement challenges and related litigation.
Ed qualified in 2001 and joined TLT in 2005.
