We secured a favourable commercial settlement to avoid the possibility of proceedings which could have had serious reputational implications for our clients.
• Representing a leading UK clearing bank in respect of a significant and complex disability discrimination claim which was brought by a Customer, assisted by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
• Advising on a high value disability discrimination complaint with reputational risk considerations for an American multinational bank, supported the defendant throughout the Employment tribunal case with strategy advice.
