With over 18 years of UK private practice and senior in-house roles, including as Senior Legal Counsel within the UK leasing arm of BNP Paribas and secondments with Barclays and BAE Systems banking and commercial teams, Natalie understands how to support a transaction to a successful close alongside understanding performance, credit and deal execution risks.

Natalie regularly advises players in the global supply chain who require a broad range of structured and asset-backed financing arrangements, helping clients deliver funding solutions for diverse asset classes and delivering clean energy projects for multiple sectors. Natalie helps clients who need support with the design, implementation and operation of the funding of the sale and purchase of equipment, equipment leasing, floorplan and receivables financing, fleet management, wholesale stocking, managed service agreements, software agreements, trading terms, distribution and supply terms and guarantee and security structures and all associated ancillary documents for those in the equipment finance sector.  

By supporting the development, structuring and execution of financing programmes, Natalie enables lenders and businesses to access funding, expand their operations, finance key assets and respond to changing market opportunities. Natalie is recognised for building strong client relationships and delivering clear, pragmatic advice that supports clients' strategic and commercial objectives.

• Natalie advises manufacturers, captive finance companies, banks and leasing businesses on the design, implementation and documentation of asset finance and leasing products. This includes contract hire, hire purchase, finance lease, operating lease and rental structures, together with dealer agreements, broker and introducer arrangements, manufacturer-funder partnerships and scalable funding programmes. She helps clients develop commercially effective products that support growth, portfolio management and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Natalie supports funders, financial institutions and corporates on complex financing, portfolio acquisition and assignment transactions. Her experience includes commercial vehicle and equipment finance portfolios, revolving credit facilities, dealer funding arrangements and large-scale fleet funding programmes. She advises on funding structures, security arrangements, operational considerations and emerging asset classes, helping clients manage risk while unlocking growth opportunities.
