Mortgages & secured lending

Mortgage lending is a growth area for lenders – from new entrants to the mortgage market, to more established lenders looking for growth opportunities, we can help you navigate the regulatory, commercial and legal environment for secured lending products.

With a team covering the entire product lifecycle, including application for FCA permissions and variations, product design and review, debt sales and capital markets structures, disputes and investigations and mortgage enforcement, TLT will be with you every step of the way through the journey, whatever you are looking to achieve.

We help major banks, overseas lenders, start-ups, servicers and buyers and sellers of debt across the full range of secured lending services.
