Heff is known for his work in the secured lending space and is often engaged by market-leading lenders to advise on strategic issues affecting their portfolios. This includes receivership and property-related issues.
He deals with all manner of banking related issues, such as mistake, breach of mandate, misrepresentation, fraud, insolvency and financial crime.
Heff is known for his commercial and down to earth approach. Having undertaken 4 client secondments (totally c. 16 months of his career), Heff has a first-hand understanding of what financial services clients require from their legal advisors.
Heff is regularly asked to speak at industry-wide events and provide training to clients.
