TLT appointed to London Boroughs’ Legal Alliance panel

UK national law firm TLT has been named as a supplier on the new Solicitors Panel for the London Boroughs’ Legal Alliance (LBLA), in another demonstration of its public sector capabilities.

Founded in 2009, the LBLA is a collaborative partnership of local authority legal teams which provides high-quality, cost-effective legal services to London boroughs and other public sector bodies.

The latest panel is the fifth iteration and has seen TLT maintain its position on Lot 2 (full legal services) and newly appointed to Lot 1 (regeneration). The new framework will come into effect on 8thJanuary 2026 and will be effective until 7th January 2029, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months.

The firm will continue to provide the full range of legal services across Lot 2 to London Boroughs, in addition to providing all regeneration services under Lot 1, including: development, procurement, construction, subsidy, tax, planning and all other property advice associated with the delivery of regeneration schemes by London Boroughs.

The TLT team was led by Partner David Meecham.

Commenting on the appointment, Housing and Regeneration Partner David Meecham said: “We are delighted to not only continue our partnership with the LBLA, but to be expanding our remit. The appointment demonstrates our market standing for public sector advisory work, and our commitment to being our clients first tier adviser, including through providing a range of value added and social value benefits – something that was an important consideration when firms were being selected.

“As public sector lawyers, these panels are exactly where we want to be and provide us with the challenging, impactful work that we are most excited about. We look forward to getting started and to working alongside local authorities in London to deliver the outstanding results for which we are known.”
