TLT advises hydraulic products and accessories provider on sale to international business group

UK law firm TLT has advised Flowfit, a leading distributor and manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems, on its sale to Axel Johnson International’s business group, Driveline Solutions.

Flowfit supplies a wide range of hydraulic products and accessories, including power packs, cylinders, valves, motors, pumps, hoses, connectors and filtration products, and is recognised for its quality, service, reliability and strong e-commerce platform.

The acquisition by Driveline Solutions, a Sweden-based provider of driveline systems and technical services, creates a long-term, value-driven partnership and opens new opportunities for growth.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Flowfit will continue to operate independently, with its Managing Director remaining in post and retaining a minority shareholding.

TLT advised the shareholders of Flowfit on all aspects of the sale. The team was led by Corporate Partner Victoria Zivkovic, supported by Seraphina Wilkins-Tolliday, Matthew Shephard and Greg Mazgajczyk, Senior Associates; and Mudassar Iqbal and Harry Jenkins, Associates.
