Senior Associate
Matthew is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team, based in our Birmingham office. He advises on all aspects of corporate law including venture capital, investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
He has acted for a wide array of clients across many differing sectors, including technology, manufacturing and Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC).
Matthew’s broad experience means that he is well-suited to managing the various commercial issues that may develop throughout a matter, allowing him to have a pragmatic and client-led approach when providing advice and support.
