Victoria is a partner in our national corporate team based in Manchester.

Victoria has significant experience advising on all aspects of corporate transactions, in particular specialising in private company M&A, private equity and venture capital investments. She also advises on complex group re-organisations, partnerships, LLPS and FICs.
