Legal Director, Knowledge

Tessa is a Legal Director in the Banking and Restructuring team.
She leads knowledge management initiatives, ensuring both the team and its clients are kept aware of legislative, case law and practice changes. She manages internal and external training programmes and supports the business by increasing efficiencies. She contributes to the wider firm's knowledge management strategy.
Prior to becoming a knowledge lawyer (professional support lawyer) in 2016, Tessa was an associate at TLT. She has extensive practical experience in contentious and non-contentious corporate and complex personal insolvency law, as well as significant experience in knowledge management.
