•  Euan acted for a high street bank in providing a bespoke cashflow finance, asset based lending and equipment finance facilities to a large food and drink manufacturer to acquire a substantial overseas competitor.
• Euan acted for a syndicate of lenders in relation to their provision of £100m of revolving credit facilities to a Scottish university.
• Euan has acted in relation to a high street bank in relation to their provision of growth finance facilities to a number of high growth technology companies.
