Euan acted for a syndicate of lenders in relation to the provision of asset based lending facilities of £150m to one of the leading suppliers of malt to the brewing and distilling industry.
Euan acted for a high street bank in providing a bespoke cashflow finance, asset based lending and equipment finance facilities to a large food and drink manufacturer to acquire a substantial overseas competitor.
Euan acted for a syndicate of lenders in relation to their provision of £100m of revolving credit facilities to a Scottish university.
Euan has acted in relation to a high street bank in relation to their provision of growth finance facilities to a number of high growth technology companies.
