Tom specialises in real estate litigation primarily advising commercial landlords and tenants in the retail, leisure and financial sectors.
Tom advises on the full spectrum of property related disputes including lease renewal proceedings, break options, forfeiture, dilapidations, breach of lease terms, rights of way and restrictive covenants.
Tom qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined TLT in 2019.
