Mark is head of Property Litigation at TLT.
He is a hugely experienced property litigator, with a particular interest in clients working in the retail, leisure and financial sectors.
He advises a broad base of clients on commercial property litigation and management issues, so as to minimise risk.
Mark is independently recognised as an expert in the field of Real Estate Litigation by Chambers UK, a guide to the legal profession.
He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is recognised for his expertise in his field. Mark regularly hosts seminars and gives in-house training to clients and other contacts.
Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a partner in 2006.
