How will the office of the future work?
As part of our Evolving Cities series, this report looks at some of the immediate issues businesses are facing as they return to the office, from social distancing to letting arrangements and employee testing.
We then consider some of the longer term issues including the continuation of flexible working, the impact on data privacy, and the reconfiguration of office space and introduction of Covid-19 lease clauses.
The report also includes insight from Simon Peacock, Lead Director South & Wales Region at JLL, who joined our discussions to share his experience of being on the frontline of supporting employers with reopening their offices.
