She advises on all aspects of real estate for developer, investor, landlord, retailer, bank, administrator, receiver and government body clients. She specialises in property development, commercial investment acquisitions and real estate finance.

Jayne also has extensive experience in energy matters, acting for both developers and financial institutions. Her experience includes providing real estate advice in relation to the development, acquisition and disposal of onshore wind developments, energy storage projects and solar farms.

• Acting purchase side for an investor client in the circa GBP 40M acquisition of a portfolio of 35 single wind turbines across Northern Ireland
