Managing Associate
Jayne is a Managing Associate in the NI Real Estate team and has worked at TLT since 2018.
She advises on all aspects of real estate for developer, investor, landlord, retailer, bank, administrator, receiver and government body clients. She specialises in property development, commercial investment acquisitions and real estate finance.
Jayne also has extensive experience in energy matters, acting for both developers and financial institutions. Her experience includes providing real estate advice in relation to the development, acquisition and disposal of onshore wind developments, energy storage projects and solar farms.

- Acting for an investor client in the acquisition of a number of out of town retail parks across Northern Ireland
- Acting lender side for a local bank in the advance of loan facilities with an aggregate value of GBP 10M, secured over various apartment developments in Belfast
- Acting purchase side for an investor client in the circa GBP 40M acquisition of a portfolio of 35 single wind turbines across Northern Ireland
