Residential development
We advise on all aspects of residential development projects from financing through to build and sale.
We work with a range of clients including residential and mixed-use developers, strategic land funds and developer and landowner consortia and registered providers. We also have extensive experience working with developers, investors and operators on student accommodation developments and on major regeneration schemes.
As a team of experienced residential development lawyers, we regularly advise on site promotions, options and collaborations. We also support on freehold and leasehold plot sales, estate management, lettings and ultimate investment sales. In addition, we act for affordable housing providers dealing with acquisitions, small and large, stock transfers and major regeneration projects.
We draw on expert support from our construction, tax, planning and corporate teams throughout the process. This means clients get the right specialist expertise at each step of the project, informed by a considered understanding of the whole of the development process.
