Rhys specialises in real estate litigation and advises on a wide range of property disputes and estate management issues, including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidation claims, service charge disputes, rent arrears claims, insolvency issues, forfeiture, break clause disputes and breach of covenant claims.
He has expertise in adverse possession and prescriptive rights claims, nuisance and trespass claims and restrictive covenants.
Rhys has advised a variety of clients, including local authorities, registered providers and charities.
Rhys is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
