She acts on acquisitions and disposals of business parks, office buildings, industrial estates and high street properties, including on the real estate finance aspects of those transactions.

She has a significant experience in acting for both landlords and tenants. She acts on commercial asset management of office, airport, shopping centre and retail park lettings for public sector and private investment clients. She acts for corporate occupiers on a variety of lettings, including with institutional landlords in Central London.

• She has recently completed a sale of a business park in Greater Manchester subject to occupational leases for Seneca Property.
• She supports corporate projects, including a property due diligence which has included the acquisition of 30+ apartments in Manchester for a student property business.
