TLT consolidates market leading licensing practice with addition of new Associate

UK national law firm TLT has welcomed licensing lawyer Chloe Crawford as an Associate Solicitor in Glasgow.

Chloe joins TLT from Miller Samuel Hill Brown where she was a Senior Solicitor with a burgeoning reputation in the licensing industry.

She is experienced in representing clients in both the on and off-sales sectors and has appeared at licensing boards across Scotland. She was recently appointed to the Law Society of Scotland Licensing Sub-Committee.

Her arrival follows another strong year for TLT’s Scottish licensing team – the largest such practice in Scotland – which has continued to enjoy outstanding success in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners legal directories, in both of which the team are ranked ‘Band 1’. Head of Licensing, Scotland, Stephen McGowan and Partner Caroline Loudon have also retained Band 1 individual rankings in both directories.

Stephen McGowan, Partner and Head of Licensing, Scotland said: “Chloe’s arrival demonstrates that, following on from our growing catalogue of recent successes, we have no intention of slowing down. “She is a rising star in the world of licensing, with an impressive body of work already, and we look forward to introducing her to our clients, and supporting her on her career journey – we’re delighted to have her onboard.”

Chloe Crawford, Associate at TLT added: “TLT’s licensing team is incredibly well known and highly regarded in Scotland, with an exciting roster of clients and a prestigious history of high-profile successes delivered for clients. “Having witnessed the team’s work from a distance, I knew that I wanted to be involved. I am so excited to be progressing my career alongside such knowledgeable and decorated experts and to be part of this ambitious, progressive and market-leading team.”
