Senior Associate

Orla qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has worked at TLT since 2019.
Orla represents clients in a broad range of complex contentious matters, with particular emphasis on financial service litigation, property litigation, commercial disputes, and professional negligence.
Orla also acts for retailers, leisure premises operators and hoteliers on a range of licensing matters.
Orla has considerable experience at all levels of the Court process and regularly attends Court to advocate for clients.

Experience
- Orla successfully obtained judgment in respect of trespass action on behalf of banking client. This Judgment upheld by the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland following an appeal.
- Acting for a banking client in successfully mediating a complex contentious matter which included allegations of fraud.
- Acting for a client in successfully defending an application before the Lands Tribunal in NI.
- Acting for a broad range of lender client’s providing advises on complex mortgage enforcement matters.
