Legal Director

Eoin is a Legal Director in the litigation team in Belfast. Eoin has worked with TLT since 2015.
Eoin represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on banking litigation, professional negligence claims, consumer credit litigation, debt recovery litigation and contractual disputes.
Eoin also advises a number of retailers, leisure premises operators and hoteliers on a range of licensing matters and works across jurisdictions to ensure clients have bespoke NI-related licensing advice. In addition to handling liquor licensing through the County courts and dealing with hearings, he also advises on entertainment and associated licensing with local Councils.
