Attractions, competitive socialising and tourism

Our clients range from multi-national companies with a global portfolio to independent, single-site operators. We act for many private bodies, their funders and equity providers as well as operators that receive public sector or charitable funding. Our clients can be acting in their capacity as the owner or operator of the attraction. We also provide advice to businesses that support attractions.
We provide strategic advice to help operators with expansion, reputation management and funding. Our support covers state aid and general funding issues as well as corporate structures and governance. Brand management, IP and licensing are key revenue drivers and we support in these areas too.
We understand the regulatory and compliance issues that clients must adhere to when dealing with large numbers of visitors to an attraction, such as health and safety and data protection.
We work with some of the leading private sector operators within the market. We also advise those tasked with heritage preservation. This gives us a clear sector insight and understanding. We use this to help our clients manage their legal issues effectively to support their overall commercial objectives.
