Philip Moran

Phil is a partner in TLT’s Real Estate team. He specialises in acting for clients in the retail and leisure sector with over 15 years' experience of acting for a wide range of brewery, hotel, restaurant and bar operators and also sports, fashion and convenience store retailers in particular. 

Phil undertakes a full range of work for those clients, including acquisitions (on both a single-site and portfolio basis), disposals and estate management. 

Specific examples of Phil's expertise include:

• acting for the UK's largest hotel brand on the acquisition of numerous new-build hotel sites and also leading a team of solicitors in advising that company on the intra-group transfer of over 400 hotels within its portfolio as part of a larger corporate exercise.
• Acting for a major global sports retailer on the acquisition and development of new stores across the UK.
