We work with governing bodies, owners, operators and funders in the private sector and those who provide services to the public sector. Our clients range in size from those with a national footprint to those with a single site.
We advise on the complex issues associated with organisations or individuals in the media spotlight. We help our clients with brand management, sponsorship and IP as well as common sector issues such as franchising and licensing. Employment law and reputational issues often arise as well and we help with these too. We also manage the legal issues associated with growing a business including pensions, financing and debt recovery work.
We regularly consult with government and statutory bodies in relation to new legislation as well as helping influence sector change. This means we are ideally placed to provide advice on what is needed to deal with change when it comes.
