Hotels

We act for owners, developers and operators of hotels. We also work with debt and equity providers to the sector. Our clients range from established property developers, investors and lenders to first-time entrants to the hotel industry.
Our team advises on all aspects of the development and operation of hotels from site acquisition, construction and financing to management, operation, HR, branding and licensing. We also support with future redevelopment and refurbishment as well as the sale of a hotel asset or business.
We advise on bespoke management and franchise arrangements for hotel development projects. By working closely with our clients to gain a good understanding of their commercial requirements we are able to help maximise revenue from the underlying asset that maybe operated by a third party.
We are a multi-disciplinary team that brings together commercial, corporate, finance, intellectual property, licensing, real estate and tax expertise. We provide an integrated service to our clients across a number of jurisdictions.
