He advises on all aspects of the Licensing Act 2003 and is an experienced advocate.
He has worked with numerous clients to develop and roll out practices that minimise risk and speed up the process of applications. Andrew has developed a reputation for his practical and commercial approach to resolving problematic licensing issues.

Experience
- National restaurant chain – dealing with the reinstatement of premises licences to allow their premises to trade that day following the company entering into a Company Voluntary Administration.
- National pub company – reviewing premises licences and preparing due diligence report on proposed acquisition of premises for their estate.
- National retailer – advising on and obtaining new premises licence following them entering into a new a partnership with another retailer.
