Interviews Under Caution
We act for licence holders faced with an interview under caution in England and Wales or police interventions in Scotland. These are becoming a popular tool for considering whether to prosecute premises licence holders for breaches of their premises licence, as well as for other statutory breaches.
We act for a diverse range of clients, including night club operators, festival organisers, pub company managers and company directors.
We have significant experience in ensuring that people facing interviews under caution or Police Scotland interventions receive the correct tactical advice early on in the process. This way, we can help to minimise the risk of prosecution.
