Premises Licences

We act for a wide range of clients that own and/or operate premises permitting the sale and consumption of alcohol on and off their premises, that provide regulated entertainment such as live music or sporting events and that provide late night refreshment. We act for pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, music festivals and shops, from individual operators and smaller independent businesses to national multiple companies.
On behalf of our clients, we have made applications before every local authority in England, Wales and Scotland. Whether you require a new licence, a variation or general support, we can advise you how to get the most from your premises licence. We are also regularly involved in helping clients with enforcement related work.
Our team has nurtured excellent relationships with all licensing authorities in the UK. We believe that whilst there is a time for robust and fully contested licensing hearings and cases, more often than not strong personal relationships will help deliver results without the need to attend hearings, delivering the best commercial and practical outcome for clients and their business.
We are also able to offer strategic and pragmatic advice if you're applying for a personal licence, change of DPS/DPM or representing an applicant at hearing.
