She has a background in working as an in-house legal advisor for a technology business for a number of years as a Legal Advisor specialising in commercial contract reviews and data protection.
Liza has completed a secondment with a banking services provider as well as a secondment for a fast-growing international payments services provider, where she advised on various technology contracts and on data protection aspects as part of the wider commercial transactions. Liza has also been involved in assisting building societies with several high-value IT restructuring projects and material outsourcing arrangements.
Additionally, has also advised clients on the procurement of AI and compliance with the relevant regulations.
