TLT strengthens public sector offering with senior tech hire
Anthony, who joins from Invicta Law, brings a wealth of technology-focused experience to the firm from across the financial services, digital and public sectors.
At TLT, Anthony will work closely with the firm’s public sector team, providing information and advice to central and local Government clients, health trusts and blue-light services on outsourcing, procurement and commercial contracts.
Anthony’s appointment builds on TLT’s near-legal consulting services which, together with TLT's existing full legal service offering, provides clients with a one-stop shop for public procurement, from strategy and design through to governance, regulatory affairs and assurance.
Gareth Oldale, partner at TLT, says:
“I’m pleased to welcome Anthony to our growing team. His appointment further increases the firm’s public sector offering and adds depth and talent to our national technology and IP team at an important time for our clients.
“We are seeing a continued increase in demand for public procurement support, at a time of enormous change for our public sector clients. Anthony’s in-house experience as a senior commercial lawyer, alongside his high profile transactional advisory work for major banking and public sector organisations, directly responds to client need in this area.”
Anthony Vittadini, legal director at TLT, says:
“As we all start to move slowly to the new normal after a unique year resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the public sector and industry alike will face new challenges and opportunities. I’m delighted to be joining TLT at such an exciting time for both the TLT team, and the firm’s clients, and very much looking forward to contributing to our achievements going forward.”
