Stuart specialises in commercial and technology for financial services clients.
He primarily advises on issues of contract law, outsourcing, commercial supply arrangements and FinTech law.
Stuart has extensive experience of advising payment service providers on the implementation of card scheme programmes, new card technologies and card scheme licensing and management as well as card issuing and card payment acceptance.
In addition to providing payments advice to TLT's clients, Stuart has also completed long-term secondments as acting GC for a leading payment service provider, merchant services and payment acceptance business.
