He qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and joined TLT in March 2021.
He specialises in renewable energy transactions, namely solar and battery storage projects, as well as providing support to the firm's corporate group in relation to acquisitions and disposals.
Richard has acted for developers, funders and landowners in connection with several solar, battery, anaerobic digestion and other energy projects, as well as working extensively on the property arrangements for electric vehicles.
He provides strategic advice on the structuring of transactions, due diligence, funding issues and the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of documents.
Previously, Richard dealt with a wide range of commercial property transactions and has acted for investors, funders, retailers and portfolio management companies.
