Victoria is a highly experienced project finance lawyer in the Banking and Future Energy teams and specialises in the financing of renewable energy transition projects.
Victoria has acted on a variety of renewable energy projects in the UK as well as Europe and the Middle East. She has advised financial institutions, developers and sponsors on the acquisition, development, structuring, financing and onward sale of renewables projects across a range of different technologies including solar, wind, hydro and biomass plants.

- Acting for a leading German bank in the project financing of a portfolio of solar projects across the UK. Italy and Poland.
- Advising a leading renewable energy solutions provider on their development, construction, operation and refinancing of solar plants in the Middle East and Pakistan, including Shariah compliant documentation.
- Advising a renewable energy investment fund in their acquisition and project financing of their biomass plants in the UK as well as their wind projects in Northern Europe.
