Michael is a partner in the Banking and Future Energy teams, with extensive finance, commercial and corporate experience in the renewable energy sector.
Michael acts for funders and sponsors on the development, structuring and financing of solar (both ground-mounted and rooftop), onshore and offshore wind, battery storage, hydro, biomass and anaerobic digestion projects. Michael’s practice also covers emerging clean energy technologies, including e-mobility, heat and smart grid projects.
Michael joined TLT in August 2023.
