- Acting for a public sector client on compulsory purchase for multiple highway infrastructure schemes.
- Acting for a public sector body in relation to several multi-million pound compensation claims relating to Crossrail, including dealing with matters of temporary possession, injurious affection and settlement.
- Acted for a corporate client on the negotiation of a wide-reaching section 278 highways agreement. An agreement was required which facilitated multiple works on the public highway as well as works to be undertaken on private land to facilitate the construction of a new roundabout.
- Instructed to advise on the planning elements of multiple site acquisitions for a large housing association
