Compulsory Purchase Orders & Compensation

We act for all the parties to the compulsory acquisition process. We have particular experience in compensation claims relating to businesses and business relocations.
We provide advice from inception of the project to completion. We advise landowners on how to make the best of the situation and we advise acquiring authorities on how to achieve a development avoiding all the legal pitfalls.
We have experience of making and objecting to orders. We've made compensation claims and represented clients in the Lands Chamber. Working with the wider TLT Real Estate group, we can provide a complete service for acquiring authorities and landowners.
