Managing Associate

Lowri is a managing associate in the firm's real estate department. She qualified in 2018 and joined TLT in 2023.
Lowri has particular experience in the renewable energy sector having advised on major clean energy technologies such as offshore and onshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydro, anaerobic digestion and biomass.
Lowri has experience with a variety of clients from government bodies and financial institutions to commercial developers and private landowners in respect of property development, funding, disposals and acquisitions.

Experience
- Completed options for leases for solar projects with ancillary battery storage in the name of three separate SPVs all owned by one developer, and then advised on the disposal of all three SPVs as part of a larger portfolio sale which included preparing Certificates of Title and negotiating SPA provisions.
- Acted on multiple DCO projects obtaining the land rights for the project but also all cable easements for more than 10 landowners.
- Advised funders on viability of projects and market conditions including the provision of 7 COTS in one transaction.
