TLT World wins at Legal Cheek Awards
The annual awards honour the achievements of the UK’s top trainee-rated firms and chambers, with winners determined by the results of Legal Cheek’s trainee and junior lawyer and barrister surveys.
The award recognises TLT’s commitment to flexible working, which supports the wellbeing and work-life balance of all its employees.
The win follows a successful year for the firm’s sustainability strategy and people-first approach, which has included joining the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Flexible and Family Friendly Working as sponsor and setting a new target to achieve 50% female representation at partner level (after reaching 33% in August 2023).
Helen Hodgkinson, chief people officer commented: “This award is a reflection of our firm’s ethos. At TLT, we believe in supporting our people in achieving a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives, which is why TLT World has been such a crucial initiative for us.”
