He has carried out extensive work for major high street and online retailers, pharmacy chains, hotels, pub and brewery companies, as well as private investors.
His work for these clients includes advising on the structure of transactions, drafting and negotiating documentation and securing completion on a broad range of leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals. In addition, Joe assists clients with large portfolios in relation to ongoing estates management work, giving advice on ad-hoc issues, dealing with ancillary licences and giving specific advice on interpreting pre-agreed documents. Joe also has significant experience in coordinating significant refinance and group property holding projects across a range of sectors.
As well as assisting with individual transactions, Joe has particular expertise working with clients to help shape and implement standardised matter management and reporting structures, to save clients both time and cost.
