Rachel provides legal advice on property finance, property acquisitions & disposals, title rectification and recoveries matters.

Recent experience includes advising Aviva, Yorkshire Building Society, Hampshire Trust Bank and other institutional lenders on their commercial investment and buy-to-let secured lending portfolios. She also acts for a number of leading financial institutions on recoveries and complex title rectification.

She has also acted for a number of lenders in relation to the drafting of their security and instruction documentation packs.
